Вроде же ужесточили, и теперь landside transit не канает, только airside допускается

landside transit для США, Канады, Австралии и НЗ это я знал, что осталось, а вот для ВНЖ мне казалось как раз урезали, если человек в итоге летит транзитом из Киева в условный Амстердам. Ну ОК, значит это 2 независимых условия для landside transit
